What is a DigiKey and how does it work?
The DigiKey is a custom NFC-enabled keepsake that acts as a physical key to a loved one’s digital memory vault. By simply tapping the DigiKey with a smartphone, users can instantly access photos, videos, voice recordings, and more through the Digistone app
Do I need a subscription to use the Digistone app?
No subscription is required to start. Every DigiKey includes access to a digital vault with 500MB of free storage. However, users can upgrade to paid plans—starting at $4.99/month—to increase storage and unlock advanced features like expanded media uploads and shared family access
What kind of content can I upload to the Digistone digital vault?
You can upload photos, videos, and voice recordings. Future features will allow AI-generated videos from still images, music playlist integration (Spotify/Apple Music), and automated timelines based on obituaries and social media posts
Is the DigiKey compatible with all phones?
The DigiKey works with most modern smartphones that have NFC (Near Field Communication) capabilities. Users can simply tap the DigiKey to their phone to launch the associated profile in the Digistone app. iOS and Android are both supported
